To resync Sinchii with the data from a linked Xero organisation, select the ‘Sync Data’ button that can be found in the top right corner of the page on both the ‘Profit/Loss’ and ‘Cash Summary’ pages.
Syncing data from Xero updates the following within Sinchii:
- Chart of Accounts entries
- Previous year and YTD totals as shown on the profit and loss page
- Opening bank balance for the current month
Note, that once you trigger a refresh, there is a short delay before you will be able to trigger another data refresh.
