There are two ways to reconnect your Xero organisation to Sinchii
- Via the ‘Reconnect’ button available on the ‘Connected Services’ (detailed below)
- Creating a new organisation and linking this to a Xero organisation you have already linked (see ‘Getting Started’ for more information)
Reconnect button (connected services screen)
From the user menu in the top right corner of the screen, select the ‘Connected Accounts’ menu option.

After selecting this option, you will see a screen showing your Xero connection status. If your Xero connection requires reconnection, you will see this shown as ‘(Disconnected)’
Select the ‘Reconnect to Xero’ button to continue the reconnection process.

Reselect your organisation
When you click the reconnect button, you’ll be redirected to Xero’s login portal. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll need to do so at this point. Once logged in, or if you were already logged in, you’ll see a screen where you can choose the organisation you’d like to re-link to Sinchii.
Please note, if you choose a different organisation from the one shown in the connected account popup, you’ll be taken to the new organisation setup wizard, allowing you to create a new Sinchii organisation linked to the selected Xero organisation. This will not re-link your original organisation.

Verify that your account is connected
You can verify at any time that your account has been successfully reconnected by returning to the ‘Connected Accounts’ menu. If the Xero organisation is connected, you will see this connection reported as ‘(Active)’
